Certified Athletic Trainer Service Award
This award will be given to one certified athletic trainer at the winter meeting in Phoenix. Nomination letters should include information on the person's continued efforts, time and skills as it relates to improvement of the profession. Examples could include serving on committees, work with licensure board, serving as an officer within the AzATA or a multitude of other examples. Please submit any nominations for individuals you think have greatly improved the profession.
Qualifications:
- Member in good standing of the AzATA and the NATA for at least five years
- NATABOC certified athletic trainer
- Must have served on a committee or the BOD of the AzATA for at least five years
- Two letters of recommendation
